After the initial screening of your application and depending on the position, we will either first invite you to a telephone interview or directly to a personal or digital meeting. Afterwards there might be additional interview steps, which we will inform you about in the previous meetings. You will get to know your future manager and your recruiter, who will guide you through the entire application process. If we both decide that it is a match, we will send you a contract offer.
