As a specialist in finance, you will keep an eye on the company's profitability. Whether you are responsible for cash flows and performance, managing our budgets and forecasts or advising our business units - your commitment enables us to make decisions based on reliable data.

» Your Responsibilities:

  • Involvement in the development of the strategy for the finance function
  • Support the roll-out of the global standard transport management systems (TMS) as representative from Finance
  • Working closely together with business process engineers products to ensure appropriate parameter settings in TMS
  • Ensure implementation of system set up to support transparency and visibility of defined KPIs
  • Ensure implementation of defined KPIs across segments
  • Develop measures to close the capability gaps and, together with products and IT, ensure that they are implemented in our global organization
  • Ensure the connection of the interfaces from TMS into the Group's finance applications
  • Coordinate the cooperation between the national companies and corporate headquarters as well as segment organization
  • Advise global finance executives on all procedural issues

» Your key skills:

  • University degree in business management, economics, management information systems or related discipline
  • Professional experience in a finance department (Controlling, Accounting)
  • Knowledge of the procedures and processes in the financial sector
  • Experience of working in a dynamic finance environment
  • Project management experience
  • Experience in Business Process Management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluent English, other languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally
