For our Seafreight BPM-Team we are looking for a Regional BPM Seafreight (m/f/d) with focus on process design and implementation, training and developing strategies to achieve productivity gains.  You will gain valuable working experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment across the European continent. » Your tasks:

  • You develop new, innovative and automated solutions to improve process quality and efficiency
  • You are responsible for analysing, defining and designing requirements and business cases for handover to IT
  • You work closely with all product owners for audits, process reviews, training and governance
  • You take over the definition of KPIs with all product owners and monitor their compliance
  • The training & coaching of end users incl. continuous development of sea freight training content and methodology falls within your area of responsibility
  • You are responsible for project management and support for overarching topics in sea freight, as well as for the support of sea freight reporting for performance and financial data
  • You will work with various stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Sales, HR and others) to define operational and/or overlapping process standards

» Your profile:

  • Solid understanding of the global seafreight forwarding industry with on hand operational experience
  • Experience with the implementation of a TMS is a plus
  • Ability to professionally explain and train business processes, system use and organizational changes
  • Ability to work in a project and team environment across different assignments and cultures
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Flexibility towards traveling and stays abroad
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical and investigative thinking, strong self-confidence and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to effectively deal with all levels of employees
  • Empathy skills: ability to place yourself in the shoes of the audience
  • Additional knowledge in other European languages is a plus
