Whether articulated truck, Euro and mega trailer or standard truck - as a member of our team, you will organize the safe and punctual delivery of partial and full loads. You are also the competent contact person for our customers for hazardous goods, general cargo or direct loads. In cooperation with other medium-sized forwarding and logistics companies, you will offer a comprehensive service for the procurement and distribution of our customers' goods.

Your tasks:
  • You process our customers' inquiries and complaints, including support for major customers
  • You will be responsible for processing service requests in direct contact with our national and international partner companies
  • You have close communication and are in regular exchange with other internal departments (warehouse/disposition/billing)
  • You are responsible for carrying out proactive transit time checks and status reports
  • You process differences, surpluses and damage reports
  • The organization of special trips also falls within your area of responsibility
Your profile:
  • You have successfully completed your commercial training, ideally in freight forwarding and logistics services
  • Ideally, you have initial professional experience in the direct forwarding environment
  • You have a strong service orientation and score points with your strong communication skills
  • You enjoy customer service, whether in person, by telephone or in writing
  • You enjoy working independently and have a structured way of working
  • You are fluent in German and ideally have a good command of English
  • You show a high level of commitment and enjoy working in a team
  • You like to catch the famous worm and have no problem with shift work: working hours from 03:00 - 11:45 or 04:00 - 12:45
