Your job:
  • You are responsible for the disposition of partial, complete and groupage loads by train and truck.
  • The pre-carriage, main-carriage and on-carriage scheduling for full loads and empties is also part of your tasks
  • You take over the coordination with drivers and warehouse personnel as well as the implementation of short-term changes
  • You create dispatch plans, loading lists and route plans
  • Processing service requests from our customers and our partners
  • You ensure optimal capacity utilization and continuous improvement of processes
Your profile:
  • You have successfully completed your training in the field of freight forwarding & logistics or a comparable apprenticeship
  • Ideally, you have several years of sound experience in the dispatching department
  • You are independent and systematic in your way of working, but at the same time flexible in stressful situations
  • Sense of responsibility and communication are among your strengths
  • You enjoy dealing with customers and working in a team
  • Fluent German and good English skills round off your profile
