- Field support in the area of desktops, laptops, printers, telephone systems as well as handhelds and mobile devices
- Installation / imaging, configuration and maintenance of client hardware and software
- License documentation as part of the Microsoft SAM licensing process
- Ensuring the operation of local networks / infrastructure components
- User support, error analysis and troubleshooting in cooperation with the central service desk
» Your profile:
- Training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) in system integration or comparable qualification
- Ideally initial professional experience in IT field service / IT support
- Enjoy customer contact and have strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Strong service mindset and ability to work in a team as well as flexibility and resilience
- Willingness to travel
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
