A good customer relationship is a firmly anchored principle of our corporate philosophy. You will lay the foundation for this as a member of our regional sales force. As a product specialist, you will acquire and advise our customers and create individual and sustainable transport solutions.  

For our location in Ratingen, we are looking for reinforcement for our sales team in area sales for the air and sea freight product areas. A special focus should be on our air freight product.

» Your responsibilities:
  • Independent processing of the defined sales territory in the air and sea freight product area with a special focus on the air freight sector
  • Acquisition of new customers, including customer presentations, negotiations and contract conclusions
  • Supporting and advising our existing customers and continuously expanding business with existing customers
  • Close cooperation with our internal sales team and the respective product area
  • Constant monitoring of the market and competitive environment in the sales area
  • Maintaining and using the CRM tool for all sales activities

» Your profile:
  • Successfully completed training and/or a degree in forwarding/logistics or a comparable qualification
  • Sound professional experience in sales, ideally with a comparable product focus
  • Ability to work in a team and a structured way of working
  • A strong customer focus and negotiating skills
  • A confident and engaging manner
  • High level of initiative and a good (regional) network
  • Business fluent language skills in German and English
  • Class B driving license
