- Independent order processing of air freight shipments
- Carrying out customs clearance
- Preparation of ABDs
- Confidential communication with customers, international branches, partners and agents
- Independent claims and complaints processing
- Preparation of quotations
» Your profile:
- Successfully completed training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d)
- Further training in dangerous goods and training as an aviation security officer desirable
- Relevant professional experience in the field of air freight export
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Confident handling of customs programs, e.g. Dakosy
- Flexibility, high level of commitment and customer orientation
- Organizational talent, negotiating skills and ability to work in a team
- Certified background check and aviation security training desirable
