Team Leader Sea Freight Export Automotive (m/f/d)

- You are responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the team
- You take responsibility for the optimal utilization of your team and support in critical cases, such as complaints and claims processing
- You ensure competent and comprehensive training and guidance for new employees
- You take on the implementation of new customers, as well as monitoring and optimizing the key figures of new and existing customer business
- You ensure that you are always informed about new developments and changes to your trades
- In addition to carrier management, you will be responsible for maintaining external and internal stakeholders and ensuring that purchasing conditions are up-to-date and in line with the market
- Ensuring customer satisfaction is also one of your tasks
- You are responsible for sea freight processing (FCL and LCL) in the automotive sector
- Monitoring the SLA and KPI and initiating continuous improvement measures as well as complaint management
- You have successfully completed your training in the field of freight forwarding & logistics or a degree in a comparable field
- You have extensive logistics expertise and professional experience in sea freight and customer service
- You have initial experience in managing small teams
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
- You are experienced in using the Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- You have the ability to solve problems and a team and customer-oriented way of working
- You are quality and cost-conscious and highly reliable
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and negotiation skills round off your profile
