» Your responsibilities: 

• Independent order processing of air freight shipments
• Carrying out customs clearance
• Preparation of ABDs
• Confidential communication with customers, international branches, partners and agents
• Independent claims and complaints processing
• Preparation of quotations

»Your profile: 

• Successfully completed training as a businessman for forwarding and logistics services (m/f/d)
• Further training in the field of dangerous goods and training as an aviation security officer desirable
• Relevant professional experience in the field of air freight export
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Confident handling of customs programs, e.g. Dakosy
• Flexibility, high level of commitment and customer orientation
• Organizational talent, negotiating skills and ability to work in a team
• Certified background check and aviation security training desirable
