» Your tasks:
- Processing and coordination of cross-product daily price inquiries, price inquiries for regular business and rate updates for our global automotive customers
- Processing global customer requirements for existing and new business relationships for all Hellmann products
- Clarification of operational issues, coordination between different internal and external interfaces
- Ensuring reporting, such as processing and analyzing reports and preparing customer presentations
- Supporting the Global Account Managers in looking after our international customers in the Hellmann Automotive Logistics division
- Administrative tasks for the organization of work processes and for analysis purposes
» Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration, completed training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk or comparable qualification
- Practical experience in air and sea freight desirable
- Strong analytical skills to understand complex interrelationships
- Proficient knowledge of the MS Office package (especially Excel)
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Ability to work in a team, organizational talent and a structured way of working
