- You sell and plan part and full loads in Germany and Europe
- You monitor tours and shipments for adherence to deadlines
- You schedule the pick-ups for approx. 30 local transport tours
- You process incorrect dangerous goods shipments and incorrect customer data
- You check outgoing national and international shipments
- You control the loading of outgoing shipments including the creation of freight documents
- You check the export documents
- You record shipments and pick-up orders
- You coordinate the delivery dates with the recipients and the collection dates with the senders
- You take care of driver dispatch including the completion of delivery tours
- You are responsible for assigning the status of deliveries and collections
- You are responsible for customer service / complaints processing
» Your profile:
- You have successfully completed training in the field of freight forwarding/logistics or have comparable professional experience
- You are assertive, decisive and a team player
- You are willing to work shifts
- You have knowledge of the legal regulations on driving times, dangerous goods, load securing and good local knowledge is desirable
