Whether operating in single or multi-user mode, handling temperature-controlled goods or providing value-added services – as a specialist in contract logistics, you offer our customers tailor-made solutions along the entire supply chain. From the initial analysis to implementation, you develop industry-specific and future-oriented logistics strategies.

» Your tasks:
- Direct communication with customers and transport service providers.
- Processing of outgoing goods damages as well as excess and short quantities.
- Comprehensive order control - recording, processing, and checking.
- Complete driver dispatch, including creation of customs and shipping documents.
- Standardization and further development of our administrative processes.
- Establishment and management of our commercial reporting based on SLA and KPIs, monthly billing of all customers.
- Review and approval of customer and supplier invoices.
» Your profile:
- Successfully completed training in forwarding.
- 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in contract logistics.
- Good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Good numerical and economic understanding.
- High IT affinity and secure knowledge of common MS-Office programs.
- High customer orientation and confident demeanor.
