Head of Accounting (m/f/d)

» Your Responsibilities:

• Technical and disciplinary management of the German accounting department
• Technical management of the Shared Service Center and permanent process optimization
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements for individual companies in accordance with HGB
• Supporting the continuous development of German Accounting in the areas of organization and internal processes
• Coordination and support of special tasks and projects, in particular with regard to digitalization in accounting
• Contact person for auditors

 

» Your key skills:

• Completed university degree in business administration with a focus on finance or training as an accountant (m/f/d)
• Many years of professional experience in a managerial role in the area of accounting
• Financial statement and balance sheet security according to HGB and tax law
• Analytical thinking and a strong understanding of numbers
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Very good team and communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English
