Commercial Employee Air Freight Import Gateway (m/f/d)

» Your responsibilities:: 

• You are responsible for the operational handling of incoming airfreight business with a focus on General Cargo and Gateway
• You are responsible for the operational handling and development of our customers as well as ensuring and adhering to process flows
• You enjoy working in a team and value cooperation at eye level
• You enjoy communicating in English with our global foreign subsidiaries  
• You are familiar with the compliance and monitoring of KPIs

» Your profile: 

• You have successfully completed your training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d)
• You have already gained professional experience in the field of air freight import, ideally also in relation to the handling of imported goods
• You have extensive experience in customs clearance
• You are characterized by a high level of customer orientation
• We require very good written and spoken English and confidence in using MS Office programs
• Your ability to solve problems and act systematically as well as your ability to work in a team round off your profile
