Whether single or multi-user operation, temperature-controlled goods or value-added services - as a specialist in contract logistics, you offer our customers tailor-made solutions along the entire supply chain. From initial analysis to implementation, you will develop industry-specific and future-oriented logistics strategies.

» Your responsibilities:
  • Technical and disciplinary management of industrial employees 
  • Supporting personnel deployment planning in the team and coordination 
  • Professional loading and unloading of trucks and internal transportation of goods
  • Compliance with and monitoring of load securing and dangerous goods regulations
  • Conducting professional and disciplinary employee appraisals
  • Conducting team meetings
  • Regular jour fixe meetings with the operations manager and shift supervisors
  • Filling the store floor boards for each area
  • Analyzing daily targets and deriving measures
  • Daily area audit as well as compliance with and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
  • Vacation planning 

» Your profile:
  • Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or comparable
  • Professional experience: at least 1 year in the field of contract logistics
  • Employee management (e.g. deputy function; team leader or similar)
  • Specialist knowledge in the field of contract logistics and warehouse management systems
  • IT skills: MS Office: Word, Excel, LFS, AS400
  • Structured way of working, organizational and motivational skills, empathy and resilience
