- Advice and support on all legal issues arising within the company
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts
- Corporate law support for the business divisions, also in an international context
- Close cooperation with the Mergers & Acquisitions team (e.g. for joint ventures)
- Contact person for and management of external legal advisors
- Support in cross-divisional projects
» Your profile:
- Relevant professional experience of at least 3 years in a large law firm or comparable environment
- Ideally knowledge of trademark law
- Communication skills and a confident manner
- Independent and structured way of working
- Experience in the field of logistics desirable
- Business fluent in English
