» Your Tasks:

  • Optimization and management of the global Information Security Management System (ISMS) and the underlying policy framework based on ISO 27001
  • Implementation of global information security awareness measures, from phishing simulations to the development of security training
  • Coordination and monitoring of internal and external audits, as well as tracking the implementation of audit findings
  • Development and enhancement of IT risk management in the field of information security
  • Consulting on the implementation of information security measures in our internal business transformation projects
  • Further development and coordination of metrics and reports for a global ISMS KPI system and its maturity level
  • Participation in strategic and global information security projects
  • Point of contact for any questions related to information security

 
» Your Profile:

  • Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an information security role, with a strong background in information security management
  • Very good and broad fundamental knowledge of information security
  • Good knowledge of the relevant information security standards (ISO 27000 series, BSI IT-Grundschutz)
  • Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, LA/LI 27001 or similar are an advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about security challenges
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German or any other EU language is an advantage
