» Your Tasks:
- Optimization and management of the global Information Security Management System (ISMS) and the underlying policy framework based on ISO 27001
- Implementation of global information security awareness measures, from phishing simulations to the development of security training
- Coordination and monitoring of internal and external audits, as well as tracking the implementation of audit findings
- Development and enhancement of IT risk management in the field of information security
- Consulting on the implementation of information security measures in our internal business transformation projects
- Further development and coordination of metrics and reports for a global ISMS KPI system and its maturity level
- Participation in strategic and global information security projects
- Point of contact for any questions related to information security
» Your Profile:
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an information security role, with a strong background in information security management
- Very good and broad fundamental knowledge of information security
- Good knowledge of the relevant information security standards (ISO 27000 series, BSI IT-Grundschutz)
- Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, LA/LI 27001 or similar are an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about security challenges
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German or any other EU language is an advantage
