» Your responsibilities:

  • Processing of damage invoices and recording in the TMS.
  • Creation and processing of liability claims.
  • Setting up damage protocols.
  • Preparation of outgoing invoices / chargebacks / credits and sending all damage documents to partners / customers.
  • Create ClaimX appointments and process incoming ClaimX appointments.
  • Determine daily damage quota and prepare for damage meetings.
  • Conduct camera research, secure unloading and loading photos, and check the causes of damage.

» Your profile:

  • Successfully completed training as a merchant (m/f/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in forwarding / logistics.
  • Knowledge in the processing of damage cases is an advantage.
  • Teamwork and resilience as well as an accurate way of working.
  • Good MS-Office skills.
