Your tasks:
  • You are responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the shift supervisors (personnel responsibility for approx. 20 employees)
  • You will be responsible for personnel requirements and personnel deployment planning
  • You are responsible for operational process control in the warehouse and for the efficient and careful use of material resources
  • As the first point of contact, you take care of all technical issues and requirements of our customers
  • At the same time, you support and represent the branch management
  • You are responsible for compliance with process specifications, occupational safety regulations and productivity and quality requirements
  • You are responsible for conducting internal audits and for active process optimization
  • You create and analyze key figures and react with appropriate measures
Your profile:
  • You have successfully completed your training in logistics, ideally as a logistics foreman
  • You have several years of professional experience in logistics and already have management experience
  • You have good knowledge of the common MS Office programs
  • Communication and problem-solving are among your key strengths
  • You are empathetic and a team player, and at the same time you are assertive when necessary
  • You are decisive and like to take the initiative, while always remaining conscientious
  • Your fluency in German rounds off your profile
