Operational warehouse management (m/f/d)
Location: Europa-Allee 24, 49685 Emstek / Reference no.: 240000G2 / Type of employment: permanent
- You are responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the shift supervisors (personnel responsibility for approx. 20 employees)
- You will be responsible for personnel requirements and personnel deployment planning
- You are responsible for operational process control in the warehouse and for the efficient and careful use of material resources
- As the first point of contact, you take care of all technical issues and requirements of our customers
- At the same time, you support and represent the branch management
- You are responsible for compliance with process specifications, occupational safety regulations and productivity and quality requirements
- You are responsible for conducting internal audits and for active process optimization
- You create and analyze key figures and react with appropriate measures
- You have successfully completed your training in logistics, ideally as a logistics foreman
- You have several years of professional experience in logistics and already have management experience
- You have good knowledge of the common MS Office programs
- Communication and problem-solving are among your key strengths
- You are empathetic and a team player, and at the same time you are assertive when necessary
- You are decisive and like to take the initiative, while always remaining conscientious
- Your fluency in German rounds off your profile
