As an employee in our customer service department, you are the interface between our customers, sales and operational processing in land transport. You promote customer loyalty by accepting transport orders, answering questions and offering customised solutions.

  • Customer and partner service
  • Courteous and competent advice for our customers
  • Independent handling of customs formalities
  • Preparing, checking and obtaining the necessary accompanying documents for international road transport
  • Ensuring the required transit times
   
» Your profile:
  • Completed training in freight forwarding or similar
  • Initial experience in customs clearance, export and import
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Very good written and spoken communication skills
  • High degree of team spirit
