As an Intern - HR Digital Transformation and Analytics  (m/f/d) at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics you will find the perfect conditions to gain valuable practical experience in an international environment. This position offers you the opportunity to be part of an exciting HR transformation journey. Together with your colleagues, you will shape the implementation, rollout and continuous development of the Workday HCM Suite as the leading and forward-looking HR management system at Hellmann worldwide. You are part of the Global HR team and work very closely in an interdisciplinary team with colleagues from IT as well as with the project team of the implementation partner during the rollout.

» Your tasks:
  • Participation in the international HR project for the global rollout of Workday.
  • Assuming responsibility for work packages in the area of project management, training and support, and cross functional topics whenever needed
  • Support and participate in different cross functional topics across the Workday HCM implementation project
  • Fulfill different project management tasks which includes but not limited to reports, administrative items, and communication initiatives

  • You are studying business administration, economics or a comparable course of study with a technical reference to personnel and change management
  • You have theoretical knowledge in the field of project- and change management
  • Ideally you have first practical experience
  • You have strong communication skills
  • You are a real Teamplayer 
  • You have a digital mindset 
  • You have good MS Office skills
  • You have very good English skills
