» Your tasks:
  • You are responsible for delivery and collection scheduling in staggered daily services
  • You take care of organizing and ensuring the economic utilization of the vehicles, taking into account customer and network requirements
  • You are in constant communication with customers, contractors and internal interfaces
  • You are the contact person for the drivers in daily operations
  • You take over the daily purchasing of additional vehicles and their scheduling
  • You support the regional transport management in the optimization of delivery areas & composition of the vehicle fleet
  • You always work together with the regional transport management and represent them in the event of vacation/sickness
  • You work together with the central departments on local transport projects 
» Your qualifications:
  • You have successfully completed your commercial training in the field of forwarding/logistics
  • You have sound skills in the common MS Office programs
  • Experience with scheduling software or TMS of general cargo networks is an advantage
  • You have good geographical knowledge of the Bremen/Lower Weser/Friesland/Jade local transport area
  • You are characterized by good scheduling know-how (vehicle classes/infrastructure etc.)
  • You have knowledge of fleet management (including driver planning/driving and rest periods etc.)
  • You are organized while maintaining your flexibility and resilience
