- You take over the management of the team in the area of long-distance transport national + international
- You will be responsible for achieving the targets for part and full loads national + international
- You will also be responsible for the further development and strategic orientation of the division
- You are in constant contact with our customers and work together with the internal interfaces
- You are responsible for the procurement of suitable transport companies with regard to costs, quality and sustainability
- You will also be responsible for compiling and evaluating statistics and key figures
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed your training in the field of forwarding and logistics, ideally with an additional qualification, such as a business administrator
- You have extensive experience in operational scheduling of partial and complete business as well as initial management experience
- You can demonstrate knowledge in the areas of project business, GSV and third country transportation
- You have good knowledge of managing key figures
- You have negotiating skills combined with a strong awareness of costs
- You have a confident and motivating demeanor, a high level of communication skills and a can-do mentality
- Your fluent German and confident English skills round off your profile
