Head of Pricing Seafreight (m/f/d)

» Your tasks:

• You will be responsible for all sea freight pricing and quoting processes
• You are responsible for the management of approx. 10 employees
• You will work closely with the FCL and LCL managers to make pricing decisions
• You are responsible for the control and management of German pricing management in cooperation with Sales and Sea Freight
• At the same time, you will be responsible for product management and the further development of digitalization in the area of pricing

» Your profile:

• You have successfully completed your training or studies in the field of freight forwarding/logistics
• You have several years of professional experience in the sea freight industry
• You have very good knowledge of pricing quotes and processing customer enquiries
• You are service and customer-oriented and enjoy working out solutions with customers and the network
• You are experienced in leading employees and can motivate and manage a team both professionally and disciplinary
• You are a strong communicator, assertive and work independently and/or with your team
• Fluent German and English skills round off your profile
