Whether customer service, invoicing or project work: with us, you are right in the thick of things and move goods worldwide.

» Your tasks:
  • You look after our customers and partners in land transport and are the contact person for enquiries and complaints
  • You maintain a constant exchange of information with customers and partners on shipment events
  • You will be responsible for communication and coordination with the sales department
  • You proactively monitor shipments and report accordingly
  • You process shipments in the international freight forwarding area
  • You work with ATLAS for customs clearance in cross-border goods traffic
» Your profile:
  • You have successfully completed your training in the field of forwarding/logistics and have ideally gained initial professional experience in land transport
  • You have knowledge of import processing including customs
  • You have a structured way of working, are able to work under pressure and are an absolute team player
  • Your communication behaviour towards customers and partners is engaging and friendly
  • You have experience in using freight forwarding software and common MS Office programmes
  • Your good written and spoken English skills round off your profile
