Your tasks:
  • You are responsible for sea freight handling (FCL and LCL) in the automotive sector with all associated services according to customer requirements
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the proper handling of transports for one of our major customers
  • You will be responsible for daily correspondence with your customer and partners. You act as the main contact person
  • You are responsible for resolving ambiguities, complaints and the conceptual development of alternative solutions
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining KPIs and preparing QBRs
  • You will be responsible for accepting orders and processing them independently, including invoicing
  • You will create all necessary documents using our in-house processing software
  • Direct and trusting communication with our foreign companies and customers is also part of your tasks
Your profile:
  • You have successfully completed your training or studies in the field of forwarding/logistics
  • You have relevant professional experience in sea freight export or a comparable qualification in transportation/logistics
  • Ideally, you have experience in the automotive sector and with the TMS system CargoWise1
  • You have already gained experience in supporting major customers
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English
  • You are comfortable working with MS Office 365
  • The ability to solve problems and act systematically, a resolute way of working, the ability to work in a team and a high level of customer orientation round off your profile
