Your tasks:
- Staff deployment planning for warehouse staff, taking into account the other areas of goods handling
- Employee management, i.e. appraisal of employees, appraisal interviews, giving feedback, further development of subordinate employees
- Ensuring an orderly workflow
- Ensuring proper and punctual loading
- Random checks of loading, taking into account adequate load securing
- Random checks of loading, taking into account the correct handling of hazardous goods (GGVSEB/ADR and GGBefG)
- Responsibility for cleanliness and order
- Employee training, safety instructions
- Coordination of the daily routines of industrial employees
- Holiday planning, planning and monitoring of time accounts
- Monitoring employee attendance
- Checking compliance with safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Creating a shift report at the end of the shift
- Continuous improvement of goods handling processes
