» Your tasks: 
  • Support our global HR business partners in day-to-day business and projects, e.g. in the evaluation of a compensation benchmark tool, the revision of the bonus process or product-specific onboarding.
  • Conduct research on exciting project topics and labour law issues.
  • Support the creation of a workation policy.
  • Identify and implement digital and automated solutions to improve our processes
  • Assist in the development and documentation of job descriptions
  • Take on organisational tasks in the implementation of our talent programme.
  • Support the creation of content for newsletters
  
» Your profile:
  • Degree in business administration, human resources management or a comparable field of study
  • Theoretical knowledge in the field of human resources
  • Initial practical experience in HR work desirable
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and organisational talent
  • Good knowledge of German and English
