» Your tasks:
  • Managing and leading an experienced team of HR and organizational developers
  • Technical management and further development of vocational training in Germany
  • Identifying training and development needs in close coordination with internal stakeholders, product managers and sparring partners within HR
  • Further development of the “personnel development landscape DE”
  • Ensuring needs-based development management along the entire employee lifecycle for all levels from junior staff to top management
  • Expanding cross-company and cross-sector networks: we want to learn with and from each other
  • Close cooperation with HR and other management to identify key positions and a systematic talent pipeline
  • Compilation and communication of relevant KPIs to measure quality and success
  • Supporting projects with a focus on change management and cultural development
» Your profile:
  • You have a degree in psychology or business administration with a focus on work and organizational psychology or personnel or organizational development or a comparable degree
  • You have several years of HR experience, ideally in personnel and/or organizational development
  • You have several years of management experience
  • Ideally, you have a qualification as a systemic consultant, systemic coach, etc.
  • You have a hands-on mentality and are solution-oriented
  • You appreciate different perspectives and love to develop the best solutions from and with them in a customer-oriented way
  • You are communicative, like the struggle for viable and sustainable decisions and understand how to inspire teams even without disciplinary reporting lines
