Seafreight Pricing Specialist (m/f/d)

» Your tasks: 

• You are the contact person for our colleagues in sales and advise them on customer and offer specifics 
• You regularly exchange information with shipping companies and packing sheds in order to be aware of market changes
• You find solutions for customer inquiries and are responsible for preparing quotes in the area of sea freight export
• You maintain a close exchange with the worldwide Hellmann network and take care of price inquiries from abroad
• You are in continuous dialog with internal teams such as Trade Management, Operational Export and the Intermodal department
• You support customer qualification and talk to customers about queries and the status of our offers

» Your profile:

• You have successfully completed your vocational training in freight forwarding, logistics or shipping
• You have already gained some relevant work experience in the sea freight sector and understand the sea freight process
• Ideally, you have previous knowledge of freight solutions and quotation
• You have a good command of written and spoken English
• You are confident in using the common MS Office products
• A high level of customer orientation and strong communication skills are an integral part of your personality
• A structured way of working and the quality of your work make a difference to others
