To inspire a digital mindset in our workforce and each and every employee, the Change Management & Digital Transformation Team offers an online session series called “All Things Digital” with monthly talks on digital transformation topics. The sessions range from introducing digital basics and technology portraits to the interaction between people and technology and new and innovative ways of collaborating, co-creating and “New Work”. 

“Cyber security” is a particularly important topic that affects everybody’s private and work life. In one of the monthly sessions, Hellmann IT experts presented tricks that hackers often use and how to avoid falling for them, as well as the company’s security measures.

Another important topic is the digital transformation of B2B-Sales, including Intelligent Sales Automation, real-time pricing, and web shops. To offer a holistic consistent customer experience, Hellmann works on automated customer analytics prediction models.

This week's session will discuss the "Metaverse", a virtual world that combines the real and digital realms. Currently, Hellmann is working to implement the Metaverse as part of a recruiting event in late March, creating an immersive and interactive experience for users.
